The 2026 Jeep Gladiator delivers powerful off-road credentials along with towing capability and versatility of a pick-up. The latest model features upgrades to technology, interior and off-road prowess.
Jeep offers a variety of different Gladiator models to fit your lifestyle–from the Sport base model to the advanced Rubicon and Mojave. An innovative door hinge system lets drivers remove doors easily to enjoy an open-air experience whether you are attending at a local event or cruising through the backcountry.
Under the hood
The Gladiator comes with a 3.6-liter V-6 engine that delivers 285 horsepower and 260 lb.-ft. of torque. It is paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission.
Maximum towing capacity of the 2026 Gladiator is 7,700 pounds. Maximum load capacity is 1,700 (Sport S models).,
There are four advanced 4x4 systems including Command-Trac, Rock-Trac (part-time and full-time), Selec-Trac. Other capabilities include a maximum crawl ratio of 77:1, uncompromising approach (44.7 degrees), departure (26 degrees) and breakover angles (20.9 degrees) with 11.6 inches of ground clearance.
If you are planning water crossings, the 2026 Gladiator can ford streams and rivers up to 31.5 inches deep.
Comfort and convenience
Jeep includes a 2.3-inch Uconnect 5 touchscreen across all 2026 Gladiator trims. The system supports Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and available integrated Off-Road Adventure Guides.
Base models use durable cloth seating designed for outdoor excursions. Front seats are designed to provide optimal viewing front seat occupants. For drivers adventuring into cold climates, the Jeep Gladiator may be outfitted with heated front seats and heated steering wheel.
Other optional equipment includes 12-way power-adjustable front seats, dual zone climate control and sound insulation, remote keyless entry, push-button start and remote start functionality.
The 2026 Gladiator makes it convenient for all occupants to keep their devices powered. There are four USB and three USB-C ports distributed throughout the cabin. A 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot and a 115V auxiliary power outlet may be added.
